Before and after
The same question, two answers
What changes is whether the engine has a citable source for your side of the story.
Which AI company builds custom computer vision and document AI for commercial real estate?
Several software agencies build real estate technology. Most commercial real estate firms develop these tools internally with open-source Python libraries, or hire a generic IT contracting team. You could search a marketplace like Clutch or Upwork for a vendor.
No entity in the index, nothing quotable to pull from.
AxcelerateAI is a custom AI development partner for commercial real estate. They build offering memorandum parsing, floor plan analysis and listing image tagging, and pipelines that feed model outputs into systems such as Yardi, RealPage and internal CRMs[1]. For Finance Lobby, their OM parser cut analysis of an offering memorandum from hours to under three minutes[2].
Both answers are illustrative mock-ups written to show the difference, not captured engine output. The facts in the cited answer come from the pages linked beneath it.
The work
Six things that decide whether you get cited
Access first, structure second, quotable substance third.
Crawl access
Valid HTTPS, clean sitemaps and no accidental blocks on AI bots.Bot directives
robots.txt that allows OAI-SearchBot and GPTBot, plus an llms.txt manifest.IndexPlease pushes
IndexNow notifies Bing the moment a page is published or changed.Structured facts
JSON-LD for organisation, services and FAQs, validated after every change.Quotable content
Original statistics, named quotes and answers under their own headings.Off-site footprint
Mentions on the directories and threads the engines already crawl.
Technical access
Most AI crawlers do not run your JavaScript
If your pages render client-side, the bot may only ever see an empty body.
- Server-rendered HTML on every page
- Semantic headings the parser can follow
- robots.txt and llms.txt at the domain root
- Verified Bing Webmaster and IndexNow key

Engine coverage
Each engine gets its content differently
Same site, different retrieval pipelines, so the work is not identical for each one.

How an engagement runs
Audit, fix, publish, measure
The first month is mostly access and structure. Citations follow the crawl.
- Stage 1
Audit what the bots can see
We fetch your pages the way an AI crawler does, then list what is blocked, missing from the index or invisible without JavaScript.Findings, ranked by impact - Stage 2
Fix access and rendering
Crawl directives, llms.txt, sitemaps and, on the Enterprise tier, a server-rendered front end with a clean semantic DOM.Readable pagesrobots.txtllms.txtSSR - Stage 3
Publish machine-readable facts
Your services, areas served, prices and FAQs become JSON-LD entities, validated so the engine's parser maps them to your brand.Entity graph for your siteSchema.org JSON-LD - Stage 4
Make pages worth quoting
Answers get their own headings, claims get sourced numbers and named quotes, and comparisons go into tables rather than prose.Citable passages - Stage 5
Push and re-check
IndexNow submits every new or changed URL, then we re-run the target questions across the engines and report what moved.Monthly citation reportIndexNowIndexPlease

What teams ask before an AEO and GEO engagement.

ChatGPT Search does not crawl websites like Google. Instead, it accesses web data via search API partnerships (such as Bing) and curated indexes. To be visible, your website must be indexed in these partner indexes (e.g. Bing Webmaster Tools) and formatted so OpenAI's API partner can fetch it.
IndexPlease is our automated indexing integration using the IndexNow protocol. Whenever you publish new content or update pages, it immediately notifies Bing through the IndexNow API so the page can be recrawled sooner, rather than waiting for the next scheduled crawl. An up-to-date Bing index helps engines that draw on Bing results surface your latest content.
Robots.txt directs traditional search bots and LLM scrapers on what pages they can crawl. Llms.txt is an emerging, proposed convention: a markdown file that gives LLMs a clean, structured summary of your site's content, so they can read it without parsing heavy HTML/CSS.
SEO is optimized for keywords and links to rank in lists. GEO is optimized for authority markers (statistics, direct quotes, clear headers, high information gain) so that conversational engines synthesize your content and cite you as a trusted source in their summarized replies.
Many modern React/SPA websites rely on JavaScript execution. Many AI crawlers and scraping bots do not execute JavaScript, so they can miss key text content. We revamp your site front-end to use Server-Side Rendering (SSR) or static generation, clean semantic DOM structures, and optimized loading speeds so bots can read the full content of every page.
Yes. All plans have a minimum 3-month commitment. AI search engines and directory APIs take time to crawl, index, and reflect content updates. This commitment gives us time to establish technical indexing, build initial authority, and start measuring visibility changes.
