Privacy Policy

Last updated:

AxcelerateAI ("we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website at www.axcelerate.ai, which third-party tools we use, how cookie consent works, and how to contact us about your data.

Privacy requests: email [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject line.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, work email, phone number, company, and the details of your project when you fill in a contact, inquiry or download form, email us, or book a meeting.
  • Job applications: the CV and other information you email to [email protected].
  • Usage and device data: pages visited, time on page, clicks and scrolling, referring website, campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click IDs), approximate location derived from your IP address, and browser and device details. This is collected by the tools listed in section 4, subject to your cookie choices.
  • Company-level information: where you allow advertising cookies, Leadsy.ai may tell us which company a visit came from and, in some cases, business contact details it associates with that visit.

2. How we use your information

  • To reply to your inquiry, scope a project and schedule calls (based on your request, or steps before entering into a contract).
  • To keep our website and forms secure and free of spam (legitimate interests).
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it (your consent where required, otherwise legitimate interests).
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including showing ads to past visitors (your consent where required).
  • To follow up on business interest from companies that visit our website (your consent where required).
  • To review job applications.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies and tracking (analytics and advertising).

  • Visitors in the EU and UK: non-essential analytics and advertising tools do not run until you accept. If you decline, they stay off.
  • Google tags use Consent Mode: Google Analytics and Google Ads receive your consent choice. Until you accept (or if you decline), they are told not to set advertising or analytics cookies, and Google may only receive limited cookieless signals as described in Google's Consent Mode documentation.
  • Visitors elsewhere: analytics and advertising tools may load by default, and you can decline or change your choice at any time.
  • Changing your mind: use the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer to reopen the banner and accept or decline again. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

Strictly necessary services (such as Cloudflare security and bot protection on our forms) run regardless of your choice, because the website and forms cannot work safely without them.
