Manual KYC onboarding was slow, costly, and error-prone. BMedia required an AI system to instantly crop passports, extract structured data via OCR, and match the passport photo to a live user selfie, all while detecting physical and digital document forgery in real-time.

Manual identity checks are slow and easy to get wrong. This pipeline finds the document in the photo, reads it, and matches the face on it to a selfie in under five seconds.

A vision model locates the passport in a phone photo and straightens it before anything is read.
